Not if you don't want to. If you just need a few classes to loosen up your shoulders or stretch out your hamstrings, you can simply book a class. Think of it as pay-as-you-go therapy.
WHAT KIND OF PLANS DO YOU OFFER?
Our plans are split into two: private sessions and group sessions.
You can choose to follow a personal therapy plan and meet with your therapist one-on-one, or you can share your therapy plan with a group of people with similar ailments and meet with your therapist in tandem. (The second option is a lot more fun.)
WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
With any plan you purchase, you have a grace period of ten days to decide whether it's right for you. If you have second thoughts and decide not to continue, contact us immediately and we'll issue a full refund. Simple.
On the other hand, if you're already knee-deep in your therapy plan and decide you want to call it quits, please tell us at leasttwo days in advance so we can re-shuffle your therapist's schedule. Keep in mind that you won't be refunded if you quit after the ten-day grace period (unless you have an extenuating circumstance, in which case we'll review your situation and proceed accordingly).
HOW DO GROUP CLASSES WORK?
Group classes are a great way to make some friends and build a constant support system. If you have friends with similar problems who want to share your session, you can sign the whole group up! On the other hand, if you're flying solo the therapist will group you with similar people and train you all together.
Being in a group class gives you access to your own Facebook group chat and forum to discuss exercises, swap stretches, share experiences and push each other forward.
IS THIS REALLY MORE AFFORDABLE THAN OFFLINE THERAPY?
Yes! On average, a consultation alone can cost up to $150. Sessions can run anywhere from $70 to $350, without counting the cost of transport to get there.
It's a lot to cover when you have a chronic condition to deal with and dozens of medications to pay for. That's why we came up with the idea to move it all online and strip away the added expenses that drive therapy costs through the roof.
BUT IS IT CHEAPER BECAUSE IT'S LOWER QUALITY SERVICE?
Not at all. We strive to offer the same level of care, just without the high fees.
Simply put: as an online business we have much less overhead than a brick-and-mortar business. Since we have less costs, so do you.
HOW QUALIFIED IS THE THERAPIST?
Our founder and lead therapist is Randy Brangman, a Certified Exercise Therapist by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) under ID Number:1335268 (in case you want to look him up).
He's trained everyone from Fortune 500 CEOs and government officials to young athletes and stay-at-home moms. Whether it's a bad knee or post-surgery pain, he has treated it before. So rest assured, you're in capable hands.
HOW DO YOU TRAIN SOMEONE THROUGH A VIDEO CALL?
Video calls let you talk to your therapist "face-to-face"while you explain what you're feeling, what's troubling you and what you want to improve. Based on that, they'll tailor a detailed therapy plan including exercises (with images) and nutritional advice (if you need it).
If you follow that plan and work closely with your therapist, then it'll be just as effective as in-house therapy. Whether online or offline, results are only possible with consistency, communication, and the right attitude!
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE THE TIME OR EQUIPMENT FOR VIDEO CALLS?
We understand people are busy and don't have time to sit down and talk online. (Sometimes people simply don't like being on camera!)
That's why we offer a "Just Chat" planwhere you can talk to your therapist through chat and email. If you have the time, the plan also includes a couple of phone calls you can make from home, on your lunch break, or in your car.
Have a different question?
We're always happy to answer questions and clear doubts. So if something is on your mind,
